In most of the project, the Project control team require to prepare analysis to assist the management team to in decision making. When the analysis gets presented to the team or other parties, there is always argument around the bases of the calculation, data range, asking for more what-if scenarios etc. Also, the available techniques are generally linear despite the S-Curves shapes that are not liner. As a result, it brings more arguments to the table. For example, based on the data from the S-Curve below, four scenarios could be analysed. As it displays, the analyses are linear, based on the data range provide different results and all ignore the S-Curve shape.
So, what is/ are solution(s)
Our newly developed analysis toolkit Equipped with unique features to undertake complex, non-linear analysis for modern engineering projects.
The following steps illustrate how the toolkit works:
01. Project & Package Management
Add projects and assign specific packages or disciplines to the project workflow.
02. Scenario Development
Easily add multiple "what-if" scenarios to each package or discipline for comprehensive sensitivity testing.
03. Probabilistic Results
Run the analysis to display integrated results, including P20, P60, and P80 completion dates.
Single Package View
Display all scenarios for a single package in one chart.
Multi-Package View
Overlay scenarios from all project packages for a global overview.
Main Analysis and Features of the Toolkit
Earned Schedule
Two complete sets of analysis based on Earned Schedule (ES) principles.
Resource Planning
Analysis based on resource count, production rates, and capacity limits.
Data Export
All analysis data can be exported to separate Excel files for further review.
Discussion
Every weekend i used to go to see this site, for thereason that i want enjoyment, since this this website conations actually fastidious funny data too. Dale Errol Kaycee
This is a good tip especially to those new to the blogosphere. Simple but very precise information? Many thanks for sharing this one. A must read post! Lexy Tuckie Enrica
