Core Capabilities
Calendar-Aware
Reads P6 calendars, working and non-working days, so work is spread only over the days an activity can really be worked.
Curve-Aware
Applies P6 resource curves, not just straight lines, so S-curves and front- or back-loaded work show up as planned.
Daily Earned Value
Separate daily tables for planned, actual, earned value and remaining (ETC), ready for your EVM and progress dashboard.
Power BI Ready
Geneartes clean CSV files to a folder per project selection. Connect Power BI once (per project), then re-run to refresh your report.
Built for ongoing reporting
Set it up once. Every week or month after that, it is a refresh, not a rebuild.
Many schedules, one portfolio report
Select multiple schedules in one go and build portfolio-level reports across all of them, instead of one project at a time.
Baseline and updated schedule, together
Load the baseline and the current update side by side, which is exactly what earned value needs.
No weekly or monthly rework
You do not rebuild the report each period. Run the app on the new update, refresh in Power BI, and the report is up to date.
No data conversion in Power BI
The app does the processing and shaping, so there is no Power Query or DAX clean-up to build before the data is usable.
Your schedule data stays on your computer
Everything is processed locally. Nothing from your P6 database is uploaded anywhere.
What you get
Each run writes these tables for the project(s) you select:
Planned values (BCWS), spread daily.
Actual values (ACWP), up to the data date.
Earned value (BCWP), daily.
Estimate to complete (ETC), spread across the remaining work.
The raw, non-time-phased assignment totals.
See How It Works
From a P6 database to a refreshed Power BI report in five steps. The app runs in your browser, on your own computer: your schedule data never leaves your machine.
-
1
Start the app
Install and open it. On first launch click Start free 7-day trial (internet needed once), or enter your licence key if you already have one.
-
2
Select your P6 database
Upload your P6 SQLite database, or paste its file path (best for very large files, with no size limit).
-
3
Choose the project(s)
Load the list of projects in the database and tick the ones you want. Each different selection gets its own output folder, so schedules never overwrite each other.
-
4
Run
Click Run pipeline. The app applies each activity’s calendar and resource curve and writes the daily CSV tables to the output folder.
-
5
Connect Power BI and refresh
In Power BI choose Get data → Folder (or Text/CSV) and point it at the output folder. Next month, re-run for the same project and refresh the report: it picks up the new data with no reconfiguring.
Try it, then keep it
7-day free trial

One-time licence
Pay once, use forever, for one computer. Pay securely with PayFast; your licence key is emailed to you once the payment succeeds.
Works offline
Activation needs the internet once. After that the app runs fully offline.

Nothing else to install: the app brings what it needs.
Power BI Desktop is needed only to build your reports.

Frequently asked questions
What happens when the trial ends? ▾
The app stops running and asks for a licence key. Your output files stay where they are. Buy a licence, paste the key, and carry on.
Why is the price in US dollars but PayFast charges rand? ▾
PayFast processes payments in South African rand. The price is set in US dollars and converted at the latest exchange rate, with a small allowance for rate movement. You see the exact rand amount on the checkout page before you pay.
Can I use my licence on more than one computer? ▾
One licence key activates one computer. If you change computers, contact us and we will move it for you.
Windows warns me when I run the installer ▾
New software from a small publisher can trigger a Windows SmartScreen message. Click More info, then Run anyway. If your company manages your PC, check with your IT department first.
Does my project data leave my computer? ▾
No. Your P6 data is processed on your own computer. The app contacts our server only to start the trial or activate your licence, and then it sends just the licence key and an anonymous ID of your computer.
