From download to your first schedule in five steps. The app runs on your own computer, and your schedule data never leaves your machine.

Download and install
Run the installer and follow the wizard. Choose “Only for me” if you are not an administrator.

Start the free trial
On first launch, enter your email to start the 7-day trial (internet needed once), or choose Already have a license key? if you have bought one.

Open your XER file
Drag and drop a Primavera .xer file into the window, or browse for it.

Explore and analyse
Browse the WBS and bars, follow the logic in the network view, filter, check quality, compare updates and forecast.

Keep it
When you are ready, buy a licence. Your key is emailed to you. Click Enter license key in the app and paste it, and the full toolset unlocks straight away.

Primavera P6 is not required.

Frequently asked questions
What happens when the trial ends? ▾
The app moves to the free version. You can still open and browse your schedules, with up to 3 saved at a time, but the analysis tools are locked. Buy a licence, click Enter license key, paste the key, and everything unlocks again.
How do I pay, and how do I get my licence key? ▾
Payment is through PayFast. Once the payment succeeds, your licence key is emailed to you, usually within a few minutes. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder, then contact us.
Can I use my licence on more than one computer? ▾
One licence key activates up to two computers. If you change computers, contact us and we will move it for you.
Do I need Primavera P6 installed? ▾
No. The app reads XER files directly, so P6 does not need to be installed on the same computer.
Does my schedule data leave my computer? ▾
No. Your schedules are processed on your own computer. The app contacts our server only to start the trial, to activate and check your licence, and to look for updates. For that it sends your email (for the trial), the licence key and an anonymous ID of your computer.
Windows warns me when I run the installer ▾
New software from a small publisher can trigger a Windows SmartScreen message. Click More info, then Run anyway. If your company manages your PC, check with your IT department first.
